Why Are You Looking Up?
May 28, 2023
Hello Kingdom Family,
Welcome to our Jesus-centered community. We are glad you are listening to today’s message. “We are People Helping People Experience a Jesus-centered Life.”
Today we celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit, Pentecost Sunday, and Ascension Sunday. We unpack Psalm 68:32-35 and Acts 1:8-11. Why are Christians so reluctant to change, yet they change everything else about their lives? We will attempt to unravel the mystery. What is the true purpose of discipleship, and has it changed? Should it change?
Before you listen to the message, you are encouraged to go to our website and download the lesson bulletin for this message, dated May 28, 2023. The bulletin contains questions to reflect on as an individual, couple, or small group. You can find them on the home page and click the Bulletins and Lesson Plans tab.
