Our Day In History – Acts 28
February 18, 2024
Hello Kingdom Family,
Welcome to our Jesus-centered community. We are glad you are listening to today’s message.
Our purpose statement is “We are People Helping People Experience a Jesus-centered Life.”
This six-week series examines the remarkable spread of the gospel and the kingdom of God from Jerusalem to Judea and Samaria, and the ends of the world. Jesus has commissioned every one of his followers to be his witness by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Today we unpack Acts 28. We start by doing a recap of Acts Chapters 17-27, then dive into these Four subjects for how to keep Acts alive and advance the Kingdom:
1. Live The Gospel
2. Connect With Others
3. Share the Gospel
4. Be on Mission

In this “Stories from the Field” video, leaders share their journeys into everyday missions and ways they live out the themes of A Field Guide for Everyday Mission (Moody Publishers, 2014: Ben Connelly & Bob Roberts, Jr). Featuring Matt Carter, Jeff Vanderstelt, Helen Lee, & Dustin Willis, interviewed by Ben Connelly.

Today we return to our new 40-Day Growth Campaign called 40 Days of Prayer. The title of today’s message is “Who Do You Think You Are Talking To?” Our main scripture is Psalm 100 (CEB). In today’s message, we unpack the truth that God is good, good in every way possible, and loves and accepts us as we are when we “choose” to live Jesus-centered life and become part of the Kingdom family.

Thank you for joining us today. Today is the final message in our series titled “Summer Lectionary Series.” Our message today is titled “Kingdom Equality.” Pastor Harold unpacks the difficult passage Matthew 20:1-16, which is one of the least favorite parables. In today’s message, we learn the difference between “world equality” and “kingdom equality.” Be prepared to be convicted and inspired to detach from the world system and commit to living the kingdom life.
