“Don’t shine so others can see you. Shine so others can see Him.” ~ C.S. Lewis
There are many ways to experience Jesus but have you ever seen Jesus? You can know what Jesus did for you on the cross, but have you ever seen Jesus? You can see Christ manifested in others, but have you ever seen Jesus? You can experience spiritual transformation by a power greater than yourself, but have you ever seen Jesus? Many practice spiritual principles and have had a spiritual experience, but they have never seen Jesus. Once you have seen Jesus, your life will never be the same. Everything changes, and the kingdom becomes the center of your life.
Nobody can see Jesus with your eyes. They can see the essence of Jesus in your life, but they cannot see Jesus through your eyes. They must see Jesus with their own eyes. You can not make people see Jesus unless God brings them along and opens their eyes. Have you ever seen Jesus? If you have, then you will want others to see Him as well. Seventy disciples went out to seventy nations to proclaim the good news and give eye witness testimony, having seen Jesus. Still, many did not believe them. As kingdom people, we share the Gospel and give testimony to what we have seen, even though many won’t believe it, including some of our closest friends and family. We must persist; it’s what the great commission is all about.

Prayer
Lord, You are a mystery to me in many ways, yet my life is transformed because of You. I wish I could wash Your feet, feel Your scars, and have an audible conversation with You. Please grant me the strength to embrace the mystery of faith, trust in You, and continue to tell others all about You, despite their unbelief. In Your Spirit and Name, I pray these things. May Your will not mine materialize, now and forever, Amen.
