Christ in the Passover – Presented by Jews For Jesus

March 28
This Tuesday, March 28, at 6:30 PM, Hillsboro UMC will host “Christ in the Passover: A Presentation.” This powerful presentation, shared by Jakes and Jeanne Rosen from Jews for Jesus, will demonstrate the link between the Jewish feast of Passover and the last supper Jesus shared with His disciples.
Join us as Jake and Jeanne explain the beautiful symbolism of the Jewish ceremony called a seder. We’ll weave the story of the exodus and freedom from slavery together with the messianic hope realized in Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. The words “do this in remembrance of me” will take on an even deeper meaning to Christians as we learn the significance of the tradition Jesus observed the night before He died and give us a closer look at the very Jewish life He led.
Jewish or not, religious or not—all are welcome for this unforgettable, thought-provoking experience.

Welcome to our Jesus-centered community.
“We are people helping people experience a Jesus-centered life.”
We are glad you are here and considering joining us for worship.
Worship is at 9:00 AM, and the doors open at 8:00 AM, so feel free to come early and fellowship.
Our worship experience is a blend of traditional hymns and contemporary music. Our worship team is a collaboration of a choir, praise band, and soloist.
We preach the Gospel of the Kingdom. Each message is grounded in a Jesus-looking God, a cross-centered foundation, and instructions for how to experience a Jesus-centered life in this challenging world in which we live.
Please be sure to stick around and fellowship, so we can get to know you better. We desire to meet you where you are and help you take the next step on your spiritual journey.
